REGISTRATION DETAILS:

• You will receive an email confirming your registration and payment today

  Note:  Each student requires the student manual for their course which are sold separately via Gilmore
  (Heart and Stroke 3rd party publisher)

  • to purchase student manual ($15-$20 + S&H) visit : https://hsf.gilmoreglobal.com/en      

  • You will need to bring you manual to class as per Heart and Stroke policy.

  • Allow 7-10 days for delivery.  

• REFUNDS/CANCELLATION :  Full refund of Course Fee available up to 14 days before day of scheduled course.  After that, you may re-schedule once, for free at the next available course.  To Cancel email : info@cprpluscanada.ca
