Heartsaver® CPR AED – Level A or C
For anyone wanting to learn CPR, AED use, choking relief, and emergency response skills. First Aid is not included.

Heart & Stroke Basic Life Support — BLS
For healthcare professionals and first responders. Covers high-quality CPR, AED use, choking relief, ventilations with bag-valve-mask, and team-based resuscitation for adults, children, and infants.
Also includes emergency topics such as opioid-related emergencies, drowning, anaphylaxis, heart attack, stroke, and maternal cardiac arrest.

Required Textbook: 2020 Basic Life Support Provider Manual (sold seperately)

BLS Full 4 - 5 hours in person

**Renewal Requirement: Students must provide proof of a valid, non-expired Heart & Stroke BLS certification to attend a renewal course.
Heart & Stroke First Aid – Basic or Intermediate + CPR AED Level A or C or BLS
Teaches life-saving skills for common medical emergencies, including scene safety, shock, fainting, injuries, bleeding, choking, CPR/AED, and more.

Intermediate First Aid: More comprehensive workplace first aid training, formerly Standard First Aid
